OUR SERVICES
INVESTMENT Emerging economies are continuing to present investors with a globally attractive combination of population growth, trading proximity and hub activity. As regional middle classes leapfrog technology to grow and consume ever more, so the opportunities for business and investment increase. Rich in natural resources, capability and ambition, emerging economies offer unrivalled growth and development as a new generation is empowered to engage the global economy. Blake Evans provides detailed market analysis and intelligence in support of overseas investments, acquisitions and startups. |
TECHNOLOGY The Fourth Industrial Revolution is creating new opportunities for digital collaboration and technology partnerships. As global governments and corporations rapidly enhance big data synthesis, artificial intelligence, robotics and 3D printing, so the need for carefully choreographed digital governance grows. International standards and regional policy must mesh to provide reliable, robust and safe user pipelines across the virtual commons. Blake Evans supports advanced technology solution companies with regulatory understanding and market access information as they expand into new regions. |
ENGAGEMENT Across an increasingly interconnected and digitally devloped world, building trusted relationships and engaging opinion formers is vital when it comes to commercial and investment opportunities. Beyond financial figures, it is key to navigate cultures, mediate perspectives and build capacity, often through education, training and communications outreach. Long term partnerships built on a deep understanding of values and cultural norms are highly rewarded in these rapidly developing markets. |
GOVERNANCE As many countries move away from outdated models of analogue government to embrace a new era of digital governance, so the interplay of rules, reputations and stakeholder relations becomes ever more important. As countries seek to build environments in which enterprise can thrive, it is critical to manage networks and partnerships alongside public policy, regulation and the law. Through a nuanced understanding of local dynamics, Blake Evans sustains long term relationships and investments. |
SPORT Elite and professional sports have increasingly complex policies, regulations and structures. Understanding how these frameworks affect all of the key players (athletes, coaches, support staff) is vital to both the health of the organisation and its people. Equipped with over a decade of experience in elite sport, Blake Evans offers bespoke services that range from simple athlete agreements to the development of programmes that support a duty of care for your people (soft skills, personal development and mental health). |
HEALTH Understanding the links between income, ancestry and health can be confusing. How are your genetics related to both education and wellbeing? How does oil price affect health? Public policy, research and health are intrinsically linked, but connecting the dots is the biggest challenge that policy makers and public figures face. Blake Evans helps you and your organisation, whether private or government, understand these links and create policies and programmes that make sense. |
